After a relaxing morning with Saskia, Talia and Gus, us Brunei Roses hopped on the red bus to explore the famous sights of London. We arrived in Westminster and took a lovely walk though a park. There we had a lovely lunch - fish & chips of course we had to give it a go. I think Oliver enjoyed it the most. To be honest it was pretty good.
We walked along the Thames River - saw the London eye, Big Ben, the parliament building. Last time I was here (almost 17 years ago) the London eye wasn't there, it was a disappointment as it changed the lovely view...

Long long queue to get into the parliament building.
To finish up our tour of Westminster, we walked to Trafalgar Square and had a quick visit at the National Museum. We were very efficient by sorting out which paintings we wanted to look and zoomed around the museum. I think Oliver got good inspiration from those lovely art works. And it was just nice to be in an air conditioned area for a while - it was just so hot outside! How unusual being in London.

Oliver and dad with The Lion - not too impressed
