Hanami

It was such a beautiful spring day, unlike yesterday the temperature rose to almost 25 degrees. Today was the last day we can enjoy the blooming cherry blossoms as some rain is forecast for tomorrow.

So we all went out to the park near our house to have Hanami lunch. Mum bought us yummy take away bento boxes. We sat under the trees and enjoyed our lunch!





The kids had a ball playing in the park. They are all very good with Oliver. He is enjoying having his Japanese cousins around.

Unfortunately I missed out on yozakura (sakura viewing at night) this time. I used to visit a famous sakura spot with my friends - Osaka zoheikyoku right in the center of Osaka after work. You get to eat and drink under so many lighted cherry blossoms. Maybe next year...





We had such a lovely day but we miss you so much daddy...
